Welcome to the website of the architectural studio: SUMA Architektów, a Polish design office based in Kraków. Thanks to our considerable experience and practical know-how, we are able to take up new challenges and difficult orders. Our work is filled with passion and commitment as we enjoy what we do. As a reliable business partner, not only do we fulfil our commitments, but also create value added to our projects by applying unconventional ideas.

We are happy to take up and get involved in the project at its very early stage, i.e. before purchasing the property. We prepare overviews of the area’s development capacity, verify planning documents, the access to the technical infrastructure, and we are also able to prepare the initial budget of the planned investment.

Project management starts with getting feedback of our client’s needs, the so called briefing. This stage involves defining goals which are to be achieved. Based on this, we are able to prepare a plan of action and subsequently implement it. During the entire process, the following factors are analysed: the schedule, budget and project risks. Great emphasis is put on a smooth flow of information, that is why our clients are regularly updated with the progress of works conducted. The project gets completed with a detailed analysis and evaluation of the outcomes of our work. The conclusions that we arrive at are used to improve subsequently the operation of our studio.
